What personal information do we collect?

Every computer connected to the Internet is provided with a domain name and an IP Address. When you visit our Web site and request a page from within the Web site, our Web Servers automatically identify and log the HTTP request that is made to our Web Server. This information reveals nothing personal about you.

When you contact us on the Web site, we ask for your name, email address, and other information you wish to disclose necessary to fulfill your request. 

If you elect to pay for eLifespaces’ services via the internet using a credit card, you and your computer will be redirected to South State Bank’s Merchant Credit Card Service, Converge. Converge is a secured payment platform that enables Lifespaces to offer its customers a convenient and secured method for remitting for products and services. 

South State Bank requires that Lifespaces, Inc. maintains a record of the transaction information which is emailed by Converge to Lifespaces’ VP of Finance. This information includes, but is not limited to, our customer’s name and contact information, the invoice number to which payment is being made, the payment amount, a time stamped transaction ID, the type credit card with the account number masked, and approval message & code.  We are NOT provided with the card billing information, expiration, or security code. How is this Personal Information Used by eLifespaces?

Information collected on our Web site is used to respond to your questions and inquiries, to provide promotional information to you, to allow you to pay for services, to improve our Web site.
