Our Team

Having +30 years experience in the electronics industry, Fred holds certifications in CompTIA Network+, ISF and HAA Calibration, THX Level II, NTS National Fire & Burglar Alarm Technician, multiple certifications, and is an Electronic Systems Designer. He also holds an Oracle Masters Certification for relational database development and systems. He has his MBA from USC, holds several other active licenses in SC, and has been actively involved in patenting various electrical and electronic devices associated with the energy industry. He is the company founder and team leader.

Dixon came on board in January of 2014, and now oversees the company’s day to day operations. He also occupies a pivotal role in client relations and sales. His certifications in the Access Control, and Gate Operator fields are an invaluable resource to the team and success of the company.

Transitioning to full-time in June of 2013, Austin oversees the company’s Security and Energy Management services. Although employed in a part-time capacity since 2005, it was not until 2008 that he began his career at eLifespaces as a summer intern in between his studies in electrical engineering at Clemson University. Now experienced in all facets of the company, his education and knowledge base have become a great asset to our team. Austin holds licenses in electrical, burglar, and fire alarm contracting.

Affectionately know as "C-Money," Carolyn has been with the company since its founding in 2000. She came to eLifespaces after a two decade career in the real estate industry as a certified real estate appraiser. She initially managed our personnel resources at the time when eLifespaces staffing level exceeded fifty (50) people.  Later that decade, physical plant relocation and personnel attrition revealed the requirement for a highly trusted principal to oversee the company finances, a role she has filled for the past ten years.
